Start with your butter and sugar or course!
Then add eggs, followed by flour, baking powder and salt
Then add in white chocolate chips/chunks and cashew peices!
After all mixed, press into well greased pan!

Bake at 350 about 25 minutes or until your house smells divine and it looks sumthin like this
Then for the ganache, melt butterscotch chips, lil bit of butter and heavy cream. While it cools, cut your blondies into bars. Let ganache cool but still be pourable and drizzle all over these babies! Then they look...

**Sparkle glasses**

Wanna make yourordinary glasses extra special? Here is a fun easy way to take your party up a notch!

Start with whatever glasses/cups you would like. I suggest plastic as paper might not take to getting wet very well! I love the way they look on these champagne flutes!
Start by pouring whatever color sugar crystals into a bowl. You find these with the sprinkles in the baking aisle!
Then in a seperate bowl pour lemon juice
They dry pretty fast but I like to give them atleast 2 hours to be totally dry and firm
Don't they look darling and all dressed for success!
Such a simple and easy thing, but it looks like you put forth lots of effort and takes the cuteness up a notch!

Happy Partying!

Gooey Chocolate Cinnamon Bites

Need a simple but delicious and fast recipe to wow your guests!
This is a great recipe for gatherings, showers, neighbor visits etc!
Take 5 minutes to throw together and is VERY gooey and delicious!

Start by using the icing in a roll of cinnamon rolls. Zap it in the microwave for 10 seconds, then mix with chocolate chips and corn syrup. Grease 9" round pan and then spread chocolate mix across the bottom.

Seperate cinnamon rolls and cut into quarters. Spread out over the chocolate mix in pan.
Bake 25 mins or until golden brown. When done turn pun upside down and let fall onto a plate. Use a spatula to scrap excess and pour over rolls. Top with more mini chocolate chips and a sprinkle of pecans!

This my friends is addictingly amazing!

Amanda's Homemade Banana Bread

Start by beating your bananas and eggs together!
Add the shortening and sugar
Use 2 loaf pans and grease VERY well
Then divide your mixture equally into both pans
Bake at 275 degrees for 30-40 mins
Then when it is golden pull itout and make sure the center is done with a toothpick
Cool completely on cooling racks then slice and serve!
I had to invent this recipe so that my youngest could have some, hence the shortening vs butter and no chocolate chips! Usually I make one loaf with chips and one without! One time I added butterscotch chips along with yeah that was AMAZING!
Let me know what you think! I love feedback

***Easy Peasy Paprika Chicken!!***

Ever in need of a super quick but still yummy way to prepare chicken?
This is exactly the recipe for those kinds of nights! My kids absolutely love this recipe because they think it makes chicken taste a little like chicken nuggets! Let me know what you think!

Start by slicing your chicken into strips
These are the key ingredients. When I first discovered this recipe I had never heard of poultry seasoning and was more than shocked when it was I added this pic just in case ;)
In a bowl mix flour, salt, poultry seasoning, paprika and pepper
I always like to make this recipe in a stone casserole dish. Use what you have, but if stone is an option you have, I think it makes it just that much yummier!
Melt enough butter to cover the bottom of your pan
Toss your chickens in the flour mixture
Then lay it out in your pan!
Should look sumthin like this...
Bake it for 30-40 mins and when it is crispy brown and golden...
It is ready to eat! MMmmm doesn't that look super good?!?
So there you have it! Easy peasy!
We call it paprika chicken!

Hope your fam loves it too!

Happy Cooking!
